Shipping

We have multiple warehouses located throughout the U.S. to get your products to you in a timely manner.  This means that your products may ship separately depending on inventory available at certain warehouses.

If you have questions about delivery of your order, please note that the majority of our products will ship separately.  You can look for all tracking numbers within your shipping email once items have shipped.

At this time, we are unable to ship outside of the continental U.S.

When Will I Receive My Order?

All orders placed M-F are shipped within 24 hours from the time the order was placed except holidays. Orders placed on a weekend will be shipped on Monday. Orders will most often be shipped via USPS, FedEx, or DHL.

PLEASE NOTE: Your items will more than likely be shipped separately.  Please check your shipping email for tracking numbers once items have shipped.

What are your Magnetic Charts made of?

Our magnetic dry erase boards are made of high quality, 30 mil, flexible magnet, and are sealed with a premium dry erase coating.  Our magnets have been rigorously tested for cracking, peeling, slipping, & bubbling.  We spent many months finding a product that could give us the quality that we demanded, without the use of paper, poor quality printing, or thin, brittle magnets.  We are confident that you will LOVE your JennaKate magnets for this reason!

Where can I find the "Command Center" frame in your images?

Our Command Center frame was custom built for us!  We plan to offer some awesome command Centers in the future, but at this time, we do not.  A command center is a great alternative when you do not have enough fridge space, or when you want to keep your charts above the reach of little hands.

For now, you can usually find Galvanized Metal at your local farm supply store.  Sometimes they will even cut it to size for you!  Your local craft store will have open back frames available that you can insert your metal sheet into.

Why are Dry Erase Markers leaving smudges & smears on my Magnetic Board?

At JennaKate, we recommend using our Liquid Chalk Markers on our magnetic products.  However, you can also use Dry Erase Markers.  Some Dry Erase brands, such as Expo, tend to leave unwanted smudges more than others.  In this case, a simple fix is to use a Dry Erase Cleaner Spray that can be found at most stores.

How Can I Return?

If you would like to return an item, please ship charts in a stay-flat mailer with a flat cardboard insert.  Items must arrive to Jennakate in new, un-used condition, inside of original packaging for a refund to be issued.  Customers are responsible for their own return label.  Please ship to Jennakate PO Box 392, Paradise, UT 84328-0392.

My Liquid Chalk Markers seem to be dry, what can I do?

Make sure to shake your marker thoroughly before each use.  Be sure that you can hear the little "shaker bead" rattling as you shake.

Use a scratch piece of paper, or a napkin.  With the tip facing downward, press the tip onto the paper or napkin and pump several times until ink begins to spill out.

6mm tips are reversible!  Remove the tip with your fingers, or tweezers and select either the chisel or round end of the tip.

Be sure to store your markers tip side up, however, if you are having trouble with the ink, store your markers tip side down for a few hours, and try again.
